A man caught on video allegedly beating a dog was arrested on cruelty charges Wednesday afternoon.
It happened on Goose Hollow Road and Trigg County Chief Deputy Michael Sandbrink says investigation led to 44-year old Evan Eagleson being arrested and charged with second-degree cruelty to animals.
The dog was turned over to a family member.
