The Southeastern Conference is handing out fines and suspensions following a brawl between Florida and Missouri on Saturday. The conference fined Gators head coach Dan Mullen 25-thousand-dollars for the incident, which saw players throwing punches as both teams made their way to the locker rooms for halftime. Florida defensive lineman Zachary Carter and linebacker Antwuan Powell were handed half-game suspensions.
Missouri linebacker Chad Bailey, offensive lineman Dylan Spencer and defensive lineman Markell Utsey were also handed half-game bans for their roles in the fight. The Gators went on to win the game 41-17.
