Hopkinsville police are investigating an armed robbery from Friday night on Poplar Street.
The 61-year old male victim told officers he was walking when he was approached from behind near East 18th Street about 10:15 p.m. by three male suspects in a vehicle armed with a pistol.
They demanded the victim’s money and then fled the scene, according to the report, which does not list any description of the suspects.
