At the KHSAA Girls State Soccer semifinals in Lexington Wednesday: Sacred Heart defeated Greenwood 3-1 and Lexington Catholic was also a 3-1 winner over North Laurel. Sacred Heart and Lexington Catholic meet in the final Saturday afternoon at 3 pm Central.
KHSAA Boys State Soccer semifinal action Thursday has South Warren meeting Ryle at 3 pm Central time followed by St. X and Corbin at 6:30 Central. The winners will play in the state final Saturday. All games are being played at Henry Clay High School in Lexington.
