A vehicle pursuit that traveled through two western Kentucky counties on Interstate 69 ended with the arrest of a Tennessee man.
Kentucky State Police attempted to stop 40-year old Xsavier Cleary of Gallatin, Tennessee for speeding near Benton, but a news release says Cleary accelerated and reached speeds of 130 mph as he tried to get away.
Cleary pulled over about nine miles south in Graves County and was arrested without further incident.
He’s charged with wanton endangerment, fleeing or evading police, speeding and he was served with a warrant out of McCracken County.
