A South Carolina man has been indicted for murder and abuse of corpse in relation to the death of his wife, Nicole Renee Florentine.
Fifty-three year old Joseph Lawrence Florentine is currently lodged in the Caldwell County Jail and was served with the indictment Monday morning. He was originally only charged with abuse of a corpse, after his wife’s body was found in Fredonia in June of this year.
Florentine was arrested in Colorado days after his wife’s body was found, and extradited back to Kentucky.
