An accident Monday morning in Madisonville injured a Union County resident.
It happened about 10:15 a.m., according to Madisonville police, who say 68-year old Norris Ford of Dawson Springs was attempting to turn left from North Daves Street onto East Noel Avenue and drove into the path of an eastbound vehicle driven by 19-year old Jersey Bowman of Sturgis.
Their cars collided in the intersection and Bowman was taken by ambulance to Baptist Health Hospital for minor injuries.
