The Los Angeles Dodgers are going to the World Series. Cody Bellinger clubbed a go-ahead solo homer in the seventh inning as the Dodgers edged the Atlanta Braves 4-3 to win Game Seven of the National League Championship Series. It’s LA’s third pennant in four years. The Braves had leads of 2-0 and 3-2, but couldn’t put the Dodgers away in the season-ending loss.
Dodgers shortstop Corey Seager is the NLCS Most Valuable Player. Seager slugged an NLCS-record five home runs and drove in 11 in seven games to help the Dodgers advance. Game One of the World Series between Los Angeles and Tampa Bay is tomorrow night in Arlington, TX.
