Fire destroyed a home Saturday morning on South Virginia Street.
Hopkinsville firefighers were called to the 1700 block of South Virginia about 4:15 a.m. and found heavy fire coming from the large home.
The two residents were not injured, but will be displaced by the blaze. The American Red Cross was called to assist.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
