Pembroke teacher named 2021 GoTeachKY Ambassador

A teacher at Pembroke Elementary School has been named a 2021 GoTeachKY Ambassador.

According to a news release from Christian County Public Schools Spokesperson John Rittenhouse, Alissa Riley has been given the designation. GoTeachKY’s mission is to ensure all students across the Commonwealth have equitable access to effective educators.  Ambassadors support this mission by communicating with both students and potential teachers, and they also represent the program at numerous events.

Riley is one of 32 Ambassadors, and from that group, one will be named Kentucky Teacher of the Year on October 22.
