A Hopkinsville woman was injured in a wreck that occurred on Pembroke Road Wednesday.
According to the Hopkinsville police report, 61-year old Vickie Thompson of Hopkinsville was driving her vehicle east on Pembroke Road when she states a small blue pickup truck pulled into her path and she swerved to avoid a collision.
Her vehicle left the roadway and briefly went airborne before landing in a parking lot. Thompson was transported to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for treatment of back pains, and she was wearing her seat belt.
