The Tampa Bay Lightning are champions of the NHL for the second time. The Bolts blanked the Dallas Stars 2-0 in Game Six of the Stanley Cup Final in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Tampa Bay won its other title in 2004.

Los Angeles Clippers head coach Doc Rivers is out of a job. The two sides have mutually parted ways after seven seasons. The Clippers lost in the second round of the playoffs to the Denver Nuggets. The Philadelphia 76ers and New Orleans Pelicans have reportedly already reached out to Rivers.
