Hopkinsville football quarantined following Calloway County positive test

Hopkinsville High’s football team is under a two week quarantine due to a Calloway County player who played in last Friday night’s game against the Tigers testing positive for Covid-19. According to a social media post from the Tiger program, they will be able to return to practice October 10th. Hopkinsville was scheduled to play district games against Logan County this Friday and Madisonville next Friday. The status of whether those games will be played later is unknown as of now.
