The Henderson Gleaner reported Tuesday Henderson County’s game with Madisonville scheduled for Friday night will not be played. As we reported yesterday, a member of Central Hardin’s team that played at Henderson County last Friday tested positive for Covid-19 placing the Bruins team under a two week quarantine.
Henderson County Schools issued a statement saying the game with Madisonville was canceled out of “an abundance of caution.” Henderson County players who were close to the Central Hardin player who tested positive are being placed under quarantine by the Green River District Health Department.
