Arraignment was held Wednesday morning in Christian Circuit Court for the man accused of murdering Tamara Dragoo in March of 2018 at the King’s Court Motel on Fort Campbell Boulevard in Hopkinsville.
A not guilty plea to the murder charge was entered by attorney Michael Thompson in Circuit Judge John Atkins’ courtroom on behalf of 31-year old Terrance Stepp of Madisonville.
Judge Atkins said he set the December 2 court date to allow extra time to for evidence to be turned over to the defense and because of the seriousness of the alleged crime. Stepp remains in the Hopkins County Jail on a $1 million bond.
