UHA teacher tests positive for COVID, CCPS has cases associated with four schools

University Heights Academy has reported another teacher testing positive for COVID-19, while the Christian County Public School System continues to report active cases associated with four schools.

UHA Headmaster Beth Unfried sent an email to parents Monday saying the teacher’s lower school class will learn from home the next two weeks. She says UHA has been in contact with the local health department and that because they have been following safety measures with social distancing and wearing masks, the possibility of a student being exposed is very small.

The teacher is at home with mild symptoms.

The CCPS COVID-19 dashboard shows one active case associated with Christian County Middle and Millbrooke, Indian Hills and Pembroke elementary schools.
