VFW Post 1913 will commemorate the 19th anniversary of the September 11, 2001 attacks on America during a brief ceremony Friday morning.
Post Commander John Brame says it will be outside their facility at 11 a.m. Friday.
He says it’s important to never forget the day nearly 3,000 Americans were killed in a series of attacks in New York, Washington, D.C. and Pennsylvania.
Refreshments will follow the ceremony inside the VFW.
