A Todd County man was severely injured in a two-vehicle wreck Friday morning on KY 181.
Todd County Sheriff’s Sgt. Patrick Turner investigated and determined 59-year old David Stokes of Elkton was crossing KY 181 on Greenfield Road and drove into the path of a southbound vehicle operated by 49-year old Kevin Hadden of Sharon Grove.
Their vehicles collided and Hadden’s automobile flipped into a field, ejecting him.
Hadden was transported by EMS to Tennova hospital in Clarksville for severe injuries and Sheriff Tracy White says it was likely Hadden would be sent to a hospital in Nashville.
Stokes was arrested and charged with his second DUI.
The Todd County Rescue Squad and Allegre Volunteer Fire Department assisted at the scene.
