The Tennessee Titans were one of several NFL teams to cancel practice today in response to the shooting of Jacob Blake in Wisconsin earlier this week. During a video conference, Coach Mike Vrabel stated he takes great pride in hearing players say they feel safe to say whatever within the Titans facility. He added meetings will take place later today and said a decision about practice Friday will be made tomorrow.
Also today, the Titans announced they have come to terms with linebacker Will Compton. The seven year veteran played for the Titans in 2018 and was credited with 11 tackles along with a team-high 11 stops on special teams. He played last season for the now Las Vegas Raiders and had 39 tackles.
