A boil water advisory has been issued for a portion of Trigg County.
The Barkley Lake Water District says the advisory is for an area west of the Golden Pond Fire Station from the intersection of Canton Blue Springs Road and Blue Springs Road. All of Blue Springs Road and the side roads are affected.
Water should be brought to a rolling boil for at least three minutes prior to consumption in that area.
