Christian County has five new confirmed cases of COVID-19 from Wednesday to Thursday.
That’s according to the Christian County Health Department, which reports that those five puts the overall total at 791—of that, 238 cases are considered active and 542 people have recovered from the virus. Christian County has had 11 COVID-19 related deaths.
Broken down into age groups, there are 51 active cases in the pediatric age group, 127 in the young adult to middle aged grouping, 53 in the older adult category and seven in the elderly age group.
