Three people were injured in an accident Friday afternoon in Benton.
Benton police say Whitney Gibson of Hardin was northbound on US 641 and failed to stop for a red light at Mayfield Highway.
She collided with a westbound vehicle driven by Abella Curts in the intersection. Curts and her passenger were taken by EMS to Marshall County Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Gibson was transported to Murray-Calloway County Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Gibson was cited into court for DUI and driving on a suspended license.
