A woman is dead and a teen is severely injured after a shooting early Friday morning on East First Street.
Hopkinsville police were called to the area of East First and Rozelle Avenue just after 1:30 a.m. for a shooting and found 39-year old Tiffany Hinton Gray of Hopkinsville in the roadway with gunshot wounds.
Lt. Seth Meek says Gray was taken by EMS to Jennie Stuart Medical Center, where she was pronounced deceased.
HPD learned that a second victim, 17-year old Kanina Willingham, was transported by private vehicle to Jennie Stuart with critical injuries.
No suspect information was available and anyone with information should call Crime Stoppers at 270-887-TIPS.
