Christian County gained 13 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 from Thursday to Friday.
That’s according to the Christian County Health Department, which reports that those 13 new cases raises the overall total to 730—it also puts the number of active cases at 241, with 478 people recovered from the virus.
Broken down into age groups there are 50 active cases in the pediatric age group, 128 in the young adult to middle aged grouping, 56 in the older adult category and eight in the elderly age group.
Christian County has had 11 COVID-19 related deaths.
