Clemson is taking the top spot in college football’s new preseason USA Today Coaches poll. Ohio State ranks second, followed by SEC powers Alabama and Georgia, with defending champion LSU is fifth. Tennessee is ranked 26th, Kentucky is ranked 29th and Louisville was ranked 33rd.
