The Christian County Health Department is reporting ten new confirmed cases of COVID-19 locally.
That’s according to Wednesday’s update, which states that those ten new cases bumps the overall total up to 607—of that, 165 are considered active and 436 people have recovered from the virus. Christian County has had six COVID-19 related deaths.
Breaking them down into age groups there are 36 active cases in pediatric age group, 82 in the young adult to middle aged grouping, 40 in the older adult category and seven in the elderly age group.
