Man arrested for burglary after allegedly violating EPO

A man accused of violating an emergency protective order was arrested Wednesday for burglary.

An arrest citation for 25-year old Jordan Hill of Hopkinsville says he went to a family member’s residence on Wayne Drive in violation of the EPO and broke a window to get inside after no one answered the door. He fled when he noticed that someone was home and did not steal anything.

Hill was arrested on charges of second-degree burglary and violation of an EPO.
