The Christian County Health Department is reporting 13 additional confirmed COVID-19 cases locally, since the last update on Saturday.
According to a news release, that puts the overall total since the pandemic began at 424—of that number, 151 are considered ‘active’ and 269 people have recovered from the virus. Christian County has seen four COVID-19 fatalities.
Breaking it down into age groups, there are currently 36 active cases in the pediatric age group, 94 in the young adult to middle aged grouping, 17 in the older adult category and four in the elderly age group.
