The Christian County Health Department reported an additional 8 cases of COVID-19 from Wednesday to Thursday.
According to an update, those new 8 cases brings the total as a whole up to 373—of that, 150 cases are now considered ‘active’ and 219 people have recovered from the virus. Broken down into age groups there are 27 active cases in the pediatric age group, 98 in the young adult to middle aged grouping, 21 in the older adult category and four in the elderly age group.
Christian County has seen four COVID-19 related deaths. The health department releases more details reports, including number of tests performed, on Tuesdays.
