Christian County gained another 21 confirmed cases of COVID-19, according to the Christian County Health Department.
In Wednesday’s update, the health department puts the overall total since the pandemic began locally at 365—of those, 143 are considered ‘active’ and 218 individuals have recovered from the virus.
Breaking it down into age groups, there are 26 active cases in the age zero to 21 age group, 94 in the young adult to middle aged grouping, 19 in the older adult category and four in the elderly age group.
Christian County has seen four COVID-19 related deaths.
The health department continues to offer free COVID-19 testing at the Tie Breaker Park site, Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m.
