Southeastern Conference athletic directors met face-to-face in Birmingham yesterday for the first time since March, but deferred on making any decisions until late July on fall sports scheduling. Commissioner Greg Sankey said in a released statement it’s clear COVID-19 circumstances must improve as schools monitor developments for more clarity before finalizing decisions. Subjects discussed included scheduling options and health protocols for student-athletes, coaches, officials, staff and fans.
