The Campbell Strong Defense Alliance held its Annual Board of Directors meeting and elections last week and chose new co-chairs.
Clarksville Mayor Joe Pitts and Deputy Christian County Judge-Executive John Mahre will serve as co-chairs, according to a news release, which says Robertson County Mayor Billy Vogle will serve as treasurer and Todd County Judge-Executive Todd Mansfield as secretary.
The Fort Campbell Strong is made up of communities from the six county region surrounding Fort Campbell including Christian, Todd, and Trigg counties in Kentucky along with Montgomery, Stewart, and Robertson counties in Tennessee.
The group works together to increase economic growth in the area.
