Bradford Heights Nursing and Rehab Center in Hopkinsville has announced a staff member has tested positive for COVID-19.
A letter posted on the Bradford Heights Facebook page says the staff member last worked directly with residents Wednesday, July 8. The individual has been quarantined at home since.
Officials say no residents or other staff have tested positive for COVID-19 nor are they exhibiting symptoms. A mass testing event is scheduled for Monday.
Regional Director of Operations Luanne Porter Comperry says they “are monitoring residents and staff for any symptoms of the virus and have implemented additional disinfection and cleaning processes to reduce risk of infection.”
