A Webster County man was killed in a head-on collision Wednesday near Henderson.
Kentucky State Police investigated and say 60-year old David Edwards of Clay was northbound on US 41A south of Henderson when he crossed into oncoming traffic for unknown reasons and collided with a southbound dump truck operated by 19-year old William Ratley of Morganfield.
Edwards was pronounced dead at the scene by the Henderson County coroner and Ratley was not hurt.
