The Logan County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help to locate the men responsible for a shooting incident Sunday morning in the Auburn area.
The victim told deputies he had been traveling on Peterson Avenue in Auburn when he met a silver Cadillac occupied by two white males. The driver of the Cadillac turned around and began chasing the victim’s pickup onto Main Street in Auburn and then onto US 68.
Someone inside the Cadillac allegedly began shooting at the victim’s truck, with one round entering the rear glass and going through the passenger side head rest before exiting the windshield.
The driver of the Cadillac then fled the area and could not be located by deputies.
