The Atlantic Coast Conference announced today it will not allow fall sport competitions until at least September 1st. The report adds practices would still be allowed in August. The move impacts non-revenue sports such as soccer, volleyball, field hockey and cross country. North Carolina State and Louisville meet on September 2nd in the first football game involving any league teams.
