The newest member of Music City Baseball says he’s excited about Nashville’s chances of landing a major league team. Dave Drombowski spoke with WSMV-Nashville last night:
Meanwhile, Drombowski tells USA Today if he didn’t believe Nashville had a realistic shot of landing a team, he wouldn’t be coming there. He sold his Boston home last month and has even committed to staying with Music City Baseball even if he’s offered another GM position this winter, and won’t look elsewhere unless Nashville is eliminated from consideration. Music City Baseball is hopeful of presenting an expansion proposal at the 2021 MLB Winter Meetings.
