The chance for in-person help concerning unemployment insurance services is coming to Hopkinsville next week, and appointments can be made now.
According to a news release, people can schedule appointments for July 7 and July 8 in Hopkinsville during the hours of 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. local time, with the event set to take place at Christian County Middle School on Glass Avenue. Claimants must bring two forms of identification like their driver’s license or other photo ID and social security card for identity verification.
Appointments can be made at kcc.ky.gov and going to the “In-Person UI Services” View Services button.
While a good portion of claims have now been processed, with the state paying out $2.7 billion, there are still many pending claims waiting to be addressed.
