(Lexington, KY) — Three-star Pleasant Grove, Alabama prep wide receiver Christian Lewis announced on Twitter he has committed to Kentucky. He had offers from 40 schools. Lewis is the 12th pledge for the Kentucky 2021 football recruiting class.
(Memphis, TN) — Two Memphis football players announced on Twitter they are entering the transfer portal. They are sophomore defensive back Troy Hurst and senior linebacker John Perry, who has appeared in 35 games.
(Atlanta, GA) — The College Football Hall of Fame is reopening today for the first time since the start of the pandemic. There will be safety measures in place, but that’s not the only concern. The Hall’s CEO said revenue projections are down more than 50-percent. The Hall had to furlough 48 of 57 employees during the closure, the Atlanta Journal Constitution reports. Additionally, 55 scheduled events were canceled.
