Three former local high school standouts are among over 30 collegiate players from western Kentucky who will be playing in a summer league in Paducah beginning next week. Current Mississippi State outfielder Drew McGowan, current WKU pitcher Lane Diuguid and Shawnee Community College and former Heritage Christian Academy player Weslee Choate are among those participating. Kentucky Prospects Collegiate Baseball will begin Monday night at Brooks Stadium and play games on Mondays and Thursdays at 6:30 pm.
