A Todd County grand jury recently indicted a man for several sex crimes against a minor.
The indictment for multiple counts of rape, sodomy and sexual abuse against a victim under the age of 12 was returned against 64-year old Archie Powell of Elkton. The alleged actions happened over a period of about three years against one victim.
He was lodged in the Todd County Jail on a $50,000 bond and is set to be arraigned Wednesday of next week in Todd Circuit Court.
