More information has been released on a single-vehicle accident Saturday morning on Old Madisonville Road that sent a local man to a Nashville hospital.
Christian County Sheriff’s Deputy Chris Miller says 19-year old Jacob Nanney of Hopkinsville was headed south between Madisonville Road and Substation Road when his car left the pavement and overturned onto its side.
Nanney was taken by private vehicle to Jennie Stuart Medical Center.
His passenger, 20-year old Micah Pendleton of Hopkinsville, was treated at Jennie Stuart and then flown to Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where he was listed in critical, but stable condition with severe injuries.
