The Philadelphia Phillies have closed their spring training facility in Clearwater, FL. Five players and three staff have contracted Covid-19. The team issued a news release saying 12 staff members and 20 players were awaiting test results. The identities of those who have tested positive have not been revealed. This is the first known outbreak in Major League Baseball.
