University of Kentucky and Louisville football players have started returning to campus with both universities kicking off the season on September 3rd. Governor Andy Beshear said at his briefing yesterday he believes “we will have college football in the fall” unless there is another Covid-19 outbreak. He did not commit to stadiums packed with fans, but said each venue must have a plan approved by the state for spectators to attend.
