New Christian County School System Superintendent Chris Bentzel is promoting Josh Hunt to assistant superintendent of operations.
Hunt was previously serving as assistant principal at Christian County High School, where Bentzel was principal prior to his recent ascension to the district’s top job.
A news release from District Spokesperson John Rittenhouse says Hunt will direct and supervise the development, implementation, and coordination in all phases of district operations. He will also assist and support improvement in the district’s secondary schools.
Hunt is a native of Crofton and holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Brescia University and Master’s and Education Specialist Degrees from Murray State University.
