Todd County has three new COVID-19 cases, one in ICU

Todd County has three new confirmed cases of COVID-19 and one is in intensive care at a hospital.

Two of the cases are healthy adults who are contacts of another coronavirus patient. One of those cases is hospitalized in the ICU with moderate to severe symptoms and the other is healing at home with mild to moderate symptoms.

All of their contacts have been notified to quarantine for 14 days, according to the Todd County Health Department.

The third new case is an immune compromised adult who is not connected with any other cases. The patient is currently in a congregate setting with mild to moderate symptoms and has not had any contacts due to being in isolation.

Todd County now has 27 total cases, 10 are active and two are hospitalized. Seventeen of Todd County’s patients have recovered.
