A man was arrested on burglary and other charges following an investigation Friday afternoon at Pennyrile Homes on Boales Drive.
Hopkinsville police were called to the area regarding a possible intoxicated person inside a home where he was not supposed to be and located 34-year old Albert Seabrooks of Hopkinsville hiding in one of the buildings at Pennyrile Homes.
An arrest citation says Seabrooks was manifestly under the influence of alcohol and that he had been previously warned to stay away from the housing area.
Further investigation determined Seabrooks had allegedly gone inside another home in the area and took a woman’s car keys.
He was charged with second-degree burglary, public intoxication and criminal trespassing.
