Love’s Travel Stop open for business in Christian County

Following many months of construction, the Love’s Travel Stop located off of I-24 in Hopkinsville, north of Oak Grove, is open for business.

That’s according to a news release, which says the approximately 14,700 square foot facility—which is the twelfth of its kind in Kentucky—has brought 65 jobs to the area and will be open 24/7 with 101 truck parking spots.  It is also has two RV parking areas, 63 car parking spaces, a Hardee’s restaurant, showers, laundry facilities, multiple food and drink options and two dog parks.

In honor of the grand opening, Love’s will donate $2,000 the Survivor Outreach Services Program at Fort Campbell.

Founder and Executive Chairman Tom Love says, “This stop sits in an important corridor for traffic flowing across the country. We’ll be there for professional truckers and four-wheel drivers to get them back on the road safely and quickly.”
