Former University of Kentucky standout Chip McDaniel shot 66 today at the Unbridled Tour event at Boone’s Trace in Richmond and stands at 14 under par to take a two shot lead over former NKU golfer Jacob Poore who is at -12. Former UK star Cooper Musselman is tied for third at -11 with Korn Ferry Tour pro and former Austin Peay standout Erik Barnes. Glasgow native Kent Bulle is tied for ninth at seven under par.
Competing for the low amateur are UK golfer Jacob Cook who is at 10 under and Bowling Green’s Canon Claycomb who is eight under following a six under 66. The final round is scheduled for tomorrow.
