MLB to present plan to players union to begin season

USA Today reports MLB Commissioner Rob Manfred and MLB attorneys plan to present an economic plan to the players union by tomorrow. The owners reportedly want a 50-50 revenue split with the players if games are played with no fans. The Players Association can spend the Memorial Day weekend mulling the offer to strategize a counter-proposal. The blueprint is to have the teams return by mid-June to resume spring training and start the season in early July.
